Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients
1 c frozen, unsweetened blueberries1 c fresh or frozen, chopped broccoli1 c fresh or frozen, chopped cauliflower1 c fresh spinach1 lemon (juice yeilded from 1 lemon)1/2 avacado1 c green tea (1 tea bag + 1 c hot water)3 tbsp raw, organic apple cider vinegar
Directions
Seep tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Remove & discard tea bag. Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistancy. Divide into 3 servings. Have one before each meal or between meals in place of a snack.
