Mexican Black Bean & Corn Salad

1 can RoTel tomatoes with green chilis1 can corn drained and rinsed1 can black beans drained and rinsed1 small green bell pepper diced1 small red bell pepper diced1 small onion diced3 roma tomatoes seeded and diced1 lime, zest and juiceSalt and Pepper to taste
Drain and rinse corn and black beans. Add to large bowl. Dice onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and tomatoes and add to bowl. Add 1 can RoTel tomatoes and green chilis. Add the zest and juice from one lime. Add 1 T fresh cilantro, or 1/2 T cilantro paste. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for two hours to combine flavors. Stir occasionally to distribute juices.
