Whipped Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
7 small to medium sized potatoes peeled5 ish Garlic cloves roasted with the olive oil and salt/pepperMilk ½ cupButter - 1.5 tbsps
Directions
Place garlic cloves on tinfoil, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, wrap, and roast to desired doneness. When done remove from foil and push the blunt end of a wide knife to squeeze out the garlic

Peel and boil potatoes

When potatoes are tender drain, put in pot, add garlic, butter, milk. Whip with handheld blender till fluffy.

Don't over whip
