Chicken Chili (Crock Pot Recipe)

Ingredients
6 green onions chopped4 ribs celery chopped fine1 red bell pepper, chopped3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces1 3/4 cup chicken broth14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (undrained)1 c water1 garlic clove1 tsp cumin1Tbsp Chili Powder
Directions
Saute onions, celery, red pepper until just tender. Add chicken; cook 2 minutes. In crock pot mix chicken broth, tomatoes, water, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Stir in chicken and veggies. Cover cook on high 1 hour then turn heat to low for 4-5 hours.

Serve with pork rinds
