Alana's Pho

Ingredients
1 Tablespoon olive oil, or other oil you have 2 litres or quarts of homemade chicken broth3 cups frozen peas8 ounces leftover steak, chicken, sliced thinly, or shrimp400 g package of Rice Stick Vermicelli Noodles2 cup mung bean sprouts1 cup chopped onionginger and garlic to taste (about 2 Tablespoons each)
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot. Fry onion, garlic, and ginger until cooked (does not need to brown). Add broth. Bring to a boil. Add peas. Bring to a boil. Add meat and bean sprouts. Serve immediately with lime juice, srirracha sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, or whatever tickles your fancy. ENJOY~~
