1 Tbsp Olive oil1 Large Onion, chopped1 Large Green Bell Pepper Chopped2 Large (28oz) Cans of Organic diced Tomatoes2 T. Capers2 T. Raisins1 Tbsp (or to taste) Ground Cumin1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves (optional)1 Cup Veggie Stock or No Beef Stock1 Whole Package of Gardein Beefless Crumbles
Sautee Onion and pepper in olive oil. If it starts to get a bit dry add a little of the stock until the peppers and onions are soft. Add Tomatoes, capers, Raisins, beefless crumbles, cumin, cloves and the rest of the stock. Simmer for 5-10 minutes till heated through. Serve with Brown Rice
