Pear Coffee Cake

Ingredients
2 3/4 cup flour1 1/4 cup sugar5 tsp baking powder2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 cup 2% milk (fat free, whole milk or 1% fine)1 cup butter (light or margin fine too)2 eggs6 pears
Directions
Mash or puree pears after removing stems and seeds
mix everything together well
pour into muffin pans lined with muffing paper or non stick spray cook at 400 degrees until done, approx 20-40 minutes depending on oven.
