mushroom with duck soup

Ingredients
16 grams butter71 grams scallions chopped60 grams shredded duck leg1 heaped tbsp or 4.5 tsp chicken stock powder525 grams mushrooms diced2 cloves garlic sliced into strips (add more or remove to suit your tastes)2 pieces fresh ginger (again add more or remove to suit your tastes)crushed chili flakes optional
Directions
put butter scallions and duck in crock pot turn on heat once butter has melted stir and add chicken stock powder. Add water to just above half way mark of 1.5 litre crock pot and cover. Chop mushrooms while stock heats up. once the stock is hot add mushrooms, garlic, ginger and chili flakes. leave for an hour or two.
