Ingredients
1 Large Cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks3/4 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt (you can use low-fat vanilla if you choose)1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
