Atlantic Salmon -w- basting sauce

2- 4 ounce salmon filets1tsp of lemon juice1tbsp of Wegmans basting oil4 baby bok choy cut length wise1tsp ginger1tbsp sesame oil1 clove garlic minced1 tbsp. oyster sauce1 cup shitake mushroomsSalt and Pepper to taste
Over a 2- 4oz portion of Atlantic salmon pour 1/2 tbsp. each portion of lemon juice or fresh lemon.
Drizzle 1tsp of basting oil over salmon.
Add 1tsp of cracked black pepper.
Broil for 8-10 minutes or until fish is brown on top and cooked through.
Cook baby bok choy in skillet with 1tbsp of sesame oil for 3 minutes on med high heat. Add garlic cook 1 more minutes. Add 1/2 cup of water and steam bok choy for 3 more minutes. Add Oyster Sauce, ginger, mushrooms and sesame oil and stir for 1 minute. Plate with Salmon.
