Alex's black bean soup

Ingredients
Sautee 1 medium diced onion in a little EVOO. Drain 1 can of black beans and rinse. Add rinsed beans to onions. Then add salt, pepper, garlic powder and 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar. Add about 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil and then simmer until beans are tender. When beans are tender, add 1 tablespoon of butter and stir. Note: I couldn't find a way to convert the balsamic vinegar in the "add an ingredient section" to cups so I just left it as tablespoons.
