Ingredients
1/2 cup onion, dicedOne 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, w/juiceOne 6 oz can tomato paste1 cup carrots, sliced1 cup red lentils1 tbsp Simply Organic All-Purpose seasoning (or other seasoning you prefer)salt to taste
Directions
Put everything in pot with 5 cups of water, cook 3 hours on medium.
