Ingredients
Water, warm, 1 cup Better Than Bouillon - Ham Base 1 tspPork, raw, loin, tenderloin lean, cut int 1/4 inch medalions , 16 oz
Directions
In a shallow glass baking pan layer pork, mix water with bouillon and pour over pork. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Medallions are done when the meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
