Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower

4 c. Broccoli, cut into bite-sized spears4 c. Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized clusters2 Tbsp. Olive Oil1/2 Tsp. Lite Salt1 Tsp. Onion Powder1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss raw, cut, broccoli and cauliflower with olive oil, salt, onion powder and garlic powder until all pieces are evenly coated.
On a baking pan with sides (jelly-foll pan), spread broccoli and cauliflower out in a single layer.
Roast for 20 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 1c. servings
