Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin

1lb. Pork Tenderloin1/4 c. Real Maple Syrup1/4 c. Dijon Mustard
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Heat an oven-proof skillet over medium high heat, spray with cooking spray and brown the pork tenderloin on all sides then move pan to the oven. Roast for 20 minutes.
Remove meat from pan and allow to rest. Add maple syrup and Dijon mustard, whisk together with pan juices and serve 2 Tbsp. sauce with each serving of pork.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3 oz. Servings
