green Leaves patty (spinach)

Ingredients
1 cup of chopped green leaves (any ones you like)1/2 cup of bread crumbs1 egg1 tbs of a seasoning of your prefference2 onz of queso fresco1 medium cooking tomato (diced)1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
Directions
1. Chop all ingredients (except egg, bread crumbs and cheese) in food processor. Or you can chop them with your knife it just has to be finely chopped.
2. Transfer to a bowl and add egg and bred crumbs and crumbled cheese. Mix.
3. Heat pan, add cooking spray.
4. Make litte patties and cook in pan until each side is brown.
5. Serve hot! enjoy
