Ingredients
2 pnds, boneless, skinless chicken breasts, but into 1-inch cubes3 medium onions, quartered2 carrots, peeled and cut into 1-inch slices2 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes28 ounces chicken broth1 tsp celery seed1 tsp dried thyme leaves1/2 tsp black pepper8 ounces mushrooms, halved or slices1 cup frozen corn1 cup frozen peas
Directions
Add all ingredients except peas. Add those the last 30 minutes
