Low Down and Dirty Rice

Ingredients

1 C White Rice1 can French Onion Soup1 C Water1 1/2 Cups frozen veggies (I use corn or peas)1 Stick of butter or margarine (Olive oil is a good substitution)
Preheat oven to 375*F
Spray a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Pour rice evenly over bottom of dish.
Pour soup over rice and mix.
Add butter, chunks at a time, and spread over mixture.
Add water.
Add frozen veggies.
If you have any meat (pork, chicken or seafood, add now on top of mixture)
Cover dish with plastic wrap then with foil.
Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes (80 min. total)
Take out, uncover and let stand for 10 minutes to cool down.
Enjoy!
