Buffalo Cauliflower "Wings"

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets1/2 cup flour1/2 cup waterPinch salt1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp paprikaFrank's Red Hot Buffalo SauceRanch Dressing
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together flour, water, salt, garlic powder and paprika.
Dip cauliflower florets into mixture and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until fork tender and beginning to brown. Remove from oven and dip into buffalo sauce. Return to tray and bake for another 5 minutes.
After removing from oven, you may want to dip again in the buffalo sauce.
