12 oz roasted pork loin2 cups whole or diced canned green chilis1 med. yellow onion, chopped2 cups low sodium chicken broth1 tbsp. chili powder1 tsp. cumin1 tsp. oregano1 tsp. salt
Chop onion, green chilis, and cooked pork, add to slow cooker with rest of ingredients and enough water to cover. If you like more heat add a chopped seeded jalapeno. Cook on low 8 hours.
