Rhubarb Cream Pie

Ingredients
1 Pie Crust1 c. sugar3 T. cornstarch3 egg yolks2 c. rhubarb1/4 t. salt1 c. skim milk3 egg white2/3 c. sugarcornstarchcream of tartar
Directions
Prebake pie crust. Mix sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, salt, milk. Cook until thick. Put in crust. Beat egg white; add 2/3 c. sugar one T. at a time. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
