Chicken, Spinach & ravioli

Ingredients
12 oz chicken breast, chunked1 1/2 cups of frozen spinach3 cloves garlic, minced1 tbs olive oil1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced1/4 cup onion, diced6 oz baby bella mushrooms, slicedblack pepper to taste9 oz Buitoni chicken ravioli 1 tbs lemon peel1 tbs lemon juice2 oz asparagus1 tbs olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in pan. Add garlic and saute for a quick minute. Add chunked chicken and brown.

While chicken is cooking, add prepare ravioli.

Add remaining ingredients, except for the lemon juice & rind, and cook until veggies are soft.

Serve over ravioli and top with lemon juice & zest.
