Crispy Potato Skins | Turkey Bacon N Spicy CheezeIt Cheese

Ingredients
4 Medium size Baking Potatoes or Red Skin Potatoes8 Slices of Turkey Bacon1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt1/4 Cup Cheese or more1 Tbsp Butter1/4 Cheeze-It (I used the spicy cheeze-it) crushed4 Tbsp Red Bell Pepper chopped2 Tbsp Parsley or Cilantro chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Wash and wipe the potatoes, arrange them on a baking sheet and bake them for about 50 minutes or until fork tender.
3. Meanwhile crisp up some bacon in the same oven, placed on a parchment paper lined baking sheet until they are crisp or I toasted them for about 5-8 minutes in a toaster oven and place them on a paper towel to cool.
4. Take it out of oven, Cut them into half so that the longer side. with a spoon or knife, scoop out 2/3 of the potato, leaving some around the skin and reserve it for some other use.
5. Brush with butter and sprinkle with some seasoned salt, arrange them again on the baking sheet, keeping the open side up and broil them for about 2-3 minutes or until they are little golden brown.
6. Remove the potato skins again from oven, add crushed bacon, crushed cheeze-it, and top them with your choice of cheese.
7. Place them again in broil for 2-3 minutes or until all the cheese melts.
8. Remove for the final time, add chopped red bell pepper and parsley or cilantro.
