Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites, .50 cup cream of tarter, .25 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 6 tsp Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp cocoa powder, Hersheys Special Dark, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
Directions
Place the liquid egg whites into a metal bowl and let them warm up to at least room temperature. This step is crucial
Preheat oven to 215 degrees Fahrenheit
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites for a few minutes, until the start to peak.
Slowly add in the Cream of tarter while beating.
Slowly add Truvia or Splenda while continuing to beat the egg whites.
Add cocoa slowly to egg whites.
Bake for 25 minutes, then rotate the tray and leave it in for another 22 minutes. (crunchier 23-24 minutes)
