Ingredients
Ground Beef 93% Lean, 5 oz Fresh sweet onion, 30 grambell pepper,onion mix, frozen, 1 cup corn tortilla 4 Beans, Re-fried Fat Free 1/3 cup Baby Kale and Spinach Salad mix, 1/2 cup black olive (sliced), 5 tbsp red enchilada sauce, 3 oz Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1/2 cup taco seasoning mix, 1 tbsp Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 cup
Directions
cook ground beef til done. layer all in a glass dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
