Apple Cider Vinegar Brew

Ingredients
1/4 cup water 1/4 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 wedge lemon
Directions
1Bring water to a boil.
2Combine hot water and apple cider vinegar in a small glass or mug.
3Add honey and cayenne pepper. Stir well. Top off with a squeeze of lemon.
4Take a deep breath of the mixture, and start drinking.
