No-bean Chili

Ingredients
1lb leanturkey breast browned2tbs oil1/2 c chopped celery1c chopped green peppers1c chopped onion1c chopped mushrooms1/2c fresh or 4 tbs dried1 pkg chili seasoning 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with juice15 oz can tomato sauce8 oz tomato purée
Directions
Sauté veggies in oil, mushrooms,add tomatoes, 2tbs chili powder, 1tsp sugar,2 tsp cumin, 1 tsp red pepper flakes, brown turkey add to tomato mixture put in crockpot 1-11/2 hours. Serve with a fresh apple.
