OMGood Winter Vegetable Beef and Sausage Soup

Ingredients
3 lbs lean ground beef, browned and drained1 large white onion, chopped and sweated with gr. beef1 lb frozen organic corn1 can small lima beans, undrained1 can spinach, undrainedI 28 oz can organic crushed tomatoes4 Qts chicken broth12 browned link sausages, sliced1 medium head of cabbage, chopped3 T minced garlic4 T cuminSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Brown meat and sweat chopped onion. Add spices, salt and pepper while browning, garlic last minute. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for three hours. Is even better the next day when reheated. If you are not particular about carb count, add as many veggies as you have a yen for.
