Tomato Soup with Rice

Ingredients
360 g Tomatoes400 ml Water60 g Onion1/4 tsp NoSalt1 Tbsp GEFRO1/4 cup uncooked Rice2 Tbsp Butter2 Tbsp Flour
Directions
Wash, peel and cut Tomatoes, chop Onion.
Heat Water to boiling and add Tomatoes and Onions with the salt (or NoSalt). Bring to a boil and simmer until tomatoes are done. Strain and puree the Tomato Onion Mixture, return to liquid.
Melt the butter in a heavy pot, add the flour and brown lightly. Add the Tomatoes and Onions back to the pot. Add the Rice. Bring to a boil and simmer until the Rice is tender.
