Beet soup, my Mom's, vegetarian

Ingredients
1 med onion2 stalks celery2 lg carrots28 oz canned tomatoes, diced2 med potatoes2 lg beetssoya sauce, about 4 tablespoons, this is instead of stock and stands in for the salt2 tablespoons dry dill, or fresh to taste1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon oil
Directions
saute onion carrot and celery in oil
add tomatoes and water
grate and add beets and potatoes
add dill and soya sauce
cook untill all veg is soft
taste for soya sauce and dill
