Chicken, Cashew, Carrot, Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 T Garlic, 3 clovesOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Pla tu Chili paste, 2 tbspNature's Promise Chicken Breast, 16 oz/ chunkedCarrots, 1 cup, chopped Canned Tomatoes, 1.5 cCoconut milk, light, 1.5 cOrganic Fat Free Chicken Broth, 1 cup Snowpeas, (Sugar snap peas), 1 cup Organic raw Cashews, 0.25 cup Cilantro, Fresh, 2-4 T. choppedLime juice, to taste
Directions
Saute in big pan in order given. Cook on medium. Or put all ingredients except snowpeas, cilantro and cashews in crockpot. Cook on low for 5-6 hrs. Add snowpeas, cilantro, and cashews, cook on high for last hour. Sprinkle with lime juice before serving.
