Low Fat, Low Cal Brownies

Ingredients
1 Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix1/4 Cup Water2/3 Cup Applesauce Unsweetened 2 Eggs1 tsp Vanilla ExtractBig Dash of Cinnamon 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips*Optional powdered sugar for dusting when brownies are cooled
Directions
Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake according to package instructions, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. When cooled, slice into 20 pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
