Protein Chocolate Lava Cake

Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (shakeology)1 egg6 tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 tbsp. sugar free chocolate chips1 tbsp. coconut flour3 tbsp. zero calorie sweetener2 teaspoons cocoa powder1 tsp baking powder
Directions
melt chocolate chips in milk in microwave for 30-45 seconds and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients, mix until smooth
bake in a 350 preheated oven in 2 8oz ramekins that have been sprayed with cooking spray for 15-20 minutes or until tops have set. Let cool 3 minutes and transfer to plate.
