Raw Vegan Spinach Dip

Ingredients
3/4 cup soaked cashews2 cups packed fresh spinach1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice'2 - 3 mandarin wedges2 dates1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon onion powder2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Directions
Place cashews in cup and cover with water. Let them soak for a few minutes. Add to blender (including the water) or Vitamixer followed by all other ingredients and blend. It will thicken when refrigerated. Serve with veggies.

Serving Size: makes 16, 1/8 cup servings (2 Tablespoons)
