Low everything chocolate muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of flour3/4 cup of Splenda1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder2 tsp. of baking powder1 tsp. of baking soda1/2 tsp. of salt1 cup of skim milk1 large egg1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Mix together all wet ingredients. (Seperately)
Combine both mixtures and stir well
(Mixture will be thick!) Put mixture into sprayed muffin pan. Fill each one about 2/3rds full.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
