Hommus and olive tapenade sandwich

Ingredients
1 pita bread whole wheat1 ripe bell pepper (NOT GREEN) seeded & quartered1 T store bought olive tapenade1 oz hummus1 c fresh baby spinach1 big slice onion1 small english-style cucumber sliced lengthwise
Directions
Cut the pita 2-4 pieces that fit your toaster. Toast pita lightly just to warm and open it, or to make it a little crunchy.

Mix the hummus and tapenade then spread on each pita.

Stuff each pita with veggie.
