1. heat oil, add onion, minced garlic, and pureed ginger:cook five minutes2. add cashew milk and curry powder, simmer for 5 minutes3. turn cashews into a powder. Food processor works good4. add veggies and cashews to liquid and cook for about 10 minutes at a simmer covered
