Broccoli in garlic sauce

Ingredients

Broccoli, fresh, 336 grams (12 oz) Garlic, 6 clove Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp, .67 serving Argo Cornstarch, 2 tbsp Kitchen Basic Unsalted Beef Stock ( 1 cup), 1.2 cup Brown Sugar, 5 tsp unpacked
Steam broccoli
Mix all ingredients except 2 oz. of broth and cornstarch in pan and bring to boil for one minute.
Take off heat
Mix remaining broth and cornstarch until it is dissolved.
Pour it into the pot and quickly stir
Add in the broccoli
You can add some onion, water chestnuts or carrot to the mix as well. Diced chicken also works well.
Unsalted chicken broth can be substituted if you would rather not have so "heavy" of a dish.
