Blueberry Scones

Ingredients
spread oilflourbaking powderno saltsplendaegg substituteblueberry or sliced strawberries or cranberriesevaporated non fat milk
Directions
Add splenda to softened smart balance spread. Add sifted flour, baking powder, no salt to spread/sugar until all is crumbly.
mix evaporated milk with egg substitute then add to dry ingredient mixing bowl. Use mixer spindle until all ingredients wetted. Add berries.

Form 8 inch circle of dough on a dry baking pan. Place in
400 degree oven until rises 2+" and golden brown. Remove from oven & cool. With Pastry knife section scones like cutting pie 8 inches.
