Cottage Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb of minced turkey2 cups of sliced mushrooms1 cup of canned corn drained)2 large eggs (beaten)1 1/4 cups of healthy pasta sauce1 tsp of brown sugar substitute1/2 cup rice
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F
Mix 1 cup of pasta sauce, beaten eggs rice, and vegetables in a bowl. Add ground turkey. Mix gently but thoroughly. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with foil. Pat down the turkey mixture. Combine the remaining, pasta sauce and brown sugar in a bowl to make the topping. Spread over turkey mixture and bake for 1 hour or until done. Drain any fat, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
