Peanuts - 1/3 cupTamarind paste - 1.5 tbspGarlic - 2 clovesGreen chilli pepper - 1 (small)Rice bran oil - 1 tspMustard seeds, black - 1 tspCurry leaves - 2-3Salt to taste
Blend the peanuts, tamarind paste, garlic, chilli pepper, and salt with a bit of water into a coarse paste.
Heat oil and add the mustard seeds and curry leaves to it.
When the seeds and leaves splutter, add the blended chutney to it.
Cook for 1 minute (maximum) and serve with your favorite Dosa or idli
