Raw beetroot salad

Ingredients
*Beetroot, raw, 2in beet, 82g, 2 serving Carrots, raw, 1 medium Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, 0.5 serving) Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Garlic, 1 clove
Directions
Clean & grate the apple, carrot and beets (2 mediums are enough). Add the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. You can also add a bit of crushed chilli. Let it stay. A minimum of 10 min, maximum overnight. The longer it stays, the better the taste.
