Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
12 oz. Sweet Potatoes cut into spears2 Tbs. Olive OilSalt & Pepper to Season
Directions
Cut raw, peeled sweet potatoes into spears. Toss in bowl with olive oil. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn over, bake an additional 10 minutes (or until lightly browned & crispy)
