Ingredients
6.75 oz cooked chicken breast2 cup water3 basil leaves2 medium onions, chopped1 cup sliced carrots1 cup chopped celey1/2 cup wheat couscous2.5 cup Swanson broth.25 tsp Cajun spice
Directions
cook chicken breast in 2 cups water with 3 basil leaves.
remove from heat and set aside. Add swansons broth to the broth left from cooking the chicken. add chopped vegetables and Cajun spice. cook 15 minutes. add chicken cut into small cubes and couscous. cook for 45 minutes.
