Grandma Margaret's Veggie Salad

Ingredients
2-4 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar2 dashes saltcucumber, 1/2 of a large one more or less to taste (about 4-5 inches total) peeled, sliced & seededtomatoes, 2 med, choppedCelery, 1/2 one large rib, (4-5 inches) sliced thinlyGreen Bell Pepper, 1/4 of a med- large one, sliced into 1/4 inch stripsRadishes, 1 or 2 med cut in half, and sliced thinly (I cut them into smaller than matchstick bits)
Directions
Put the cucmbers in a small dish, lightly salt them, and cover with Cider Vinegar for a couple of hours.
Meanwhile prepare all the ingredients as stated in listing.
Drain the cucumbers and toss with all the other veggies. Chill for up to 4 hours or serve immediately.

The point of Grandma's preparation, was so that each bite had a little of each vegetable in it. If you aren't watching your fat intake, Grandma would also mix in 2-4 tablespoons of Miracle Whip, which is devine! Otherwise, I just put in some of the vinegar from the cucumbers.
