Radstock Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Pureed Tomatoes, 20 grams Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1tsp Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) choppedGarlic, 1 clove choppedTesco Value Tin of Chopped Tomatoes in Tomato JuiceCumin Powder, 1 tsp.lentils red split 200gOnion Red 1 large choppedbouillon powder (vegetable stock for soups), 4 tsp Water, 1L
Directions
Toast Cumin in the bottom of the pan for a few minutes. Add the onion, garlic, oil and the carrot and cover for a few minutes.
Make the stock up by mixing the stock cube and the water and heat, then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes or until the carrot is cooked.
