Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 500 g choppedChestnut mushrooms - fresh, 100 g choppedOlive Oil, 1tsp Garlic, 1 cloveChick peas (chickpeas), tinned and drained (240g drained can)Mixed Dried Herbs - 1 Teaspoonfull fat cream cheese, 100 gbouillon powder (vegetable stock for soups), 8 tsp Water, tap, 1 L
Directions
Make up the stock and bring to a simmer, then add the rest of the ingredients. Continue to simmer until the mushrooms are cooked
