Quick meal tortillas

Ingredients
Frozen spinach, some sweet bell peppers for taste, egg whites for protein and tortillas for carbs.
Directions
Heat the veggies, when they start to look fresh and dethawed pour in a bit of egg whites. Stir/fry until done. Add a pinch of kosher salt and white pepper for taste.

Serving Size: Makes a bowl of soft stuff and 1 serving of tortillas to sop it up.
