sour head cabbage, extra lean beef, onion, classico garlic and onion spaghetti sauce, garlic and spices *your preference (salt, pepper, garlic & red pepper, etc.)Pre-cook riceWrap meat in cabbage leaves. If you dislike sour head cabbage, freeze a regular cabbage x 1 mos., take out, thaw and prep the soft cabbage as you would the sour head.
Bake at 375 in a shallow roasting pan for 2 hours. Put a small amount of water on the bottom of the pan to keep the cabbage rolls from burning. Precook rice. Cover the top of the cabbage rolls with saurkraut
