Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Ingredients
4-5 lb fresh turkey breast2-3 cans fat free chicken broth1 bay leaf1 onion, quartered4-5 black peppercornssalt, as desired
Directions
Place turkey breast in the crockpot. Add onion quarters, bay leaf and peppercorns. Cover with chicken broth. Turn crockpot on high for the first hour and then to low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove broth and serve. Turkey will be moist and delicious.
